Greetings from Pastor Mari! I am blest to be an April fool and a Lake Wobegon Minnesotan, born steps from the Minnesota River in Granite Falls. My grandmothers inspired me to travel, resulting in 26 years of international, multicultural living. My education includes Concordia College (BA), University of Maryland, Germany (MA), Yale Divinity School/ Institute of Sacred Music (M.Div.), San Francisco Theological Seminary (D.Min). My lifework has focused on the integration of music, theology, worship, spirituality and the arts, not to mention a passion for sumo, kayaking and nature. God's surprise led Patrick and me to Bethel where the Spirit is alive and pulsing with creativity and growth. I feel at home and honored to be in this beautiful place with you.

Hello! My name is Pastor Jon and I am the Pastor of Youth and Family Life at Bethel. Here’s the scoop on me… I am married to a wonderful wife whose name is Sarah and we have a little guy named Sawyer and a little gal named Annika. Between family and church, life is adventurous!

I invite you to join the faith adventure that is Bethel. We have ministry, service, and fellowship opportunities to offer all ages so I invite you to check us out. I believe you’ll be glad that you did. Being God-centered is something we take seriously at Bethel and yet we have a lot of fun with it as well.

Besides family and church (Bethel has a great family feeling), I enjoy all sports, the great outdoors, and reading any good book or magazine.
